Depending on the location, profile picture can have various sizes and extensions. For example, within a card we use small profile pic circle without any additional information, while in detail page that profile pic is enlarged with additional details as well as a link. Depending where a user can edit their profile pic there has to be a clear CTA to indicate that pic is editable.
